The court has fined the two men for illegal fishing at a valleys reservoir. The names of these two people are Andre Griffiths, of 43 age, and john Biddiscombe of 24 age were arrested in an operation on the Lluest Wen Reservoir, Maerdy.
Griffiths and Biddiscombe accepted the crime of fshing by means of illegal ways and they also confess their unlawful attempt of taking fish in water which is the personal or private property.
For their crime, they both were fined amount of 175 for each of the two offences, ordered to pay costs of 75 and a victim surcharge of 15.
David Jones, Rtc’s head of protection expresses his view after hearing: “I hope this sends out a clear message to other poachers who may be operating in the country borough”.
